Official House Policies

Hoop Therapy Rx LLC (“Hoop Therapy Rx,” “we,” “our,” or “the League”) reserves the right to establish, interpret, modify, and enforce all league rules, tournament regulations, and official house policies to maintain a safe, organized, fair, and competitive environment for all players, coaches, officials, spectators, volunteers, and participants.

Participation in any Hoop Therapy Rx league, tournament, event, clinic, or program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all Official House Policies. Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, technical fouls, game forfeiture, suspension, removal from facilities, permanent expulsion from the league, or any other remedy deemed appropriate by Hoop Therapy Rx.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Hoop Therapy Rx maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding misconduct.

The following violations are subject to immediate disciplinary action:

Any player who initiates or starts a physical altercation shall be immediately ejected from the league. The player’s team shall also become ineligible to participate in the league playoffs.

B. Physical Threats Toward Officials

Any player who physically threatens a referee, scorekeeper, league official, employee, volunteer, or event staff member shall be immediately ejected from the league.
