Any player not in proper uniform may be assessed penalties by league officials. Penalties may include:

• A technical foul
• Applicable league fees

No Dunking
No dunking is allowed at any time unless specifically approved by league management. Any violation will result in a bench technical foul, and the basket will not count.
Game Starts / Game Periods / Forfeits
Each game will begin at its scheduled time. The game clock will start on time regardless of whether both teams are fully present.

If the previous game runs late, two minutes will be placed on the clock prior to the start of the next game.

The first ten minutes of the first half will serve as the official grace period. If a team is not ready to play by the end of that grace period, the game will be ruled a forfeit.

Any team that forfeits will be charged a $90 forfeit fee, which must be paid prior to the next scheduled game. Any team with two unpaid forfeits will be removed from the league.
Conducts And Sportsmanship

Any violation may result in penalties including:

• technical fouls

• suspension

• team removal

• loss of playoff eligibility

Hoop Therapy Rx reserves the right to discipline players or teams on an individual basis when behavior becomes disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the league environment.

A player who receives two technical fouls in the same game will be:

• immediately ejected from the gym

• suspended for the next scheduled game

An ejected player must leave the playing area and remain out of sight of officials. Any ejected player who refuses to leave the gym will receive an additional one-game suspension.

with the full league schedule prior to the start of league play.

All rosters must be completed accurately. Each player must sign the waiver and complete the roster form. Rosters that are incomplete or submitted incorrectly must be corrected and resubmitted before players are eligible to participate.

Players may be added to a roster through Week Five (5) of the regular season, which also represents the midpoint of the season. Any player added during the season must report to the scorekeeper prior to game time and sign the original team roster, which will be kept at the gymnasium by the scorekeeper.
Players may not play on multiple teams within the same division, night, or gym.

The first team listed on the schedule will be designated as the home team and must wear white or light-colored jerseys. The second team listed will be designated as the away team and must wear dark-colored jerseys.
